Whether you are a client or a new visitor, our goal is to provide the highest quality professional service and guidance. Our site sends out newsletters quarterly, plus a couple other special issues here and there. Please go to the Newsletter page to subscribe and read previous archives. We will never share your email address, and you will always have an opportunity to unsubscribe if you do not like the newsletters. You may subscribe whether or not you are a client. You will also find a lot of valuable tax planning and advice information in Resources under Documents & Info. Many of these docs are downloadable. We will be adding content there every so often.

Superior Service & Professional Guidance

As you browse our site, you will see that we have highlighted background information on our firm and the services we provide. We have also included useful resources like interactive financial calculators (Resources). In addition, we have taken the time to gather many links to external Websites that we think would be of interest to our clients and visitors (“Phil Recommends” under Resources). We also offer methods for secure sharing of files between ourselves and you.

Infrastructure and Technology

We try to remain near the cutting edge of technology, and continually invest in the software, hardware, and infrastructure needed to do so. Our office is mostly paperless and we pride ourselves in the ability to find a prior year tax return or any document related to a client quickly and efficiently. We offer secure email exchange as well as a secure client portal for exchanging files. You can find an access link to the Client Portal on top of each page of the site. You will not have to worry about files too large to e-mail. In our system, you follow a link in an email one time and create a password and security questions. There is NOTHING to download or install. The password you create will open all encrypted email attachments we send you and also get you into your portal. If you would like a portal, and I have not given you one, please call and ask for it. There are no additional fees for having it.
